Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to staff and stakeholders
- Conduct psychological assessments, including clinical interviews and psychological testing
- Develop evidence based treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
- Offer consultation to management and teams on mental health considerations
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops
- Contribute to wellness initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Provide clinical supervision to other mental health professionals or trainees
- Support crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
Requirements
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction
- Graduate degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or equivalent
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with proven experience providing evidence based clinical services
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing
- Demonstrated expertise in Counseling Psychology, including individual and group counseling in diverse settings
- Experience in Clinical Supervision, supporting the development of other mental health professionals or trainees
- Strong ethical judgment, cultural sensitivity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work on site full time in the Doha Metropolitan Area

Role Description
- This full time, on site Licensed Clinical Psychologist role is based in the Doha Metropolitan Area. The clinician will provide individual and group counseling, conduct psychological assessments, and support the mental health and well being of staff and stakeholders within a high performance, standar
- Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive clinical interviews, administering and interpreting psychological tests, developing evidence based treatment plans, and maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
- The role also involves offering consultation to management and teams on mental health considerations, facilitating psychoeducational workshops, and contributing to wellness initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- In addition, the Licensed Clinical Psychologist may provide clinical supervision, collaborate with external providers when appropriate, and support crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with proven experience providing evidence based clinical services
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing
- Demonstrated expertise in Counseling Psychology, including individual and group counseling in diverse settings
- Experience in Clinical Supervision, supporting the development of other mental health professionals or trainees
