Responsibilities
- Develop and expand Builder's Risk business in the construction sector
- Build key relationships with developers, general contractors, and project managers
- Structure tailored Builder's Risk programs for projects of all sizes
- Advise clients on minimizing construction related exposures
- Leverage HubSpot CRM and Vertafore SIG to manage pipelines and track submissions
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive terms
- Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Active RIBO License in good standing
- 3+ years commercial insurance experience, with construction/Builder's Risk focus strongly preferred
- Proven success in closing mid to large scale construction accounts
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred); Vertafore SIG experience is a plus

What You Bring
- Active RIBO License (in good standing) – Required
