Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner & Operator to launch and grow the Stranger Soccer operation in Doha.
This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a local team, securing venues, and driving marketing and customer growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Doha.
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team, supported by Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities.
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams.

- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
