The role is designed for an entrepreneurial individual who wants to build, operate, and grow a local football business.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Doha.
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
You Should Have
- A passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
- The ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
- Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.
