The Global Masters Documentation Team is an extension of the:
London based Transaction Legal Team which covers our Europe, Middle East & Africa business; • New York based Legal Documentation Team which covers our Americas business; and
Asia based Transaction Legal Team which covers our Asia Ex Japan (“AEJ”) business. • Japan based Transaction Legal Team
The core function of the team is to maintain and update a database and status tracking system for Derivative Master agreements, repurchase agreements, stock-lending agreements and other financial agreements. The tracking of these agreements, from drafting through to execution, is of great importance, as is the ability to easily review the terms of the executed agreements. The information fed into the database and tracking system is used to monitor risk, collateral and other exposure by various departments within the firm.
The candidate will also be expected to analyse and provide information to the legal and business teams in response to queries relating to financial agreements, prepare reports and work on a variety of ad-hoc and regulatory projects
Analyst
1 - 2 years in the finance industry and derivatives background on swap, repurchase and stock lending master agreements, analysis of Legal opinions and
