• Plan and navigate routes efficiently using GPS and maps, minimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with loading/unloading and addressing their queries professionally.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork, including logbooks, trip sheets, and delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members, promptly reporting any delays or incidents.
• Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and vehicle usage to maintain professionalism.
• Handle cash transactions or payment processing accurately and responsibly, if required by the role.
