About the Role
Reporting to the Line Centric Team Operations Leader , you will:
Safety First
Follow all workplace health, safety, and regulatory procedures.
Use proper PPE at all times (steel‑toe footwear, hearing & eye protection, cut resistant gloves, bump cap).
Maintain clean, organized work areas that meet facility standards.
Quality & Reporting
Complete hourly quality and production reports accurately.
Ensure products meet required specifications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or process issues promptly.
Machine Operation & Optimization
Operate and adjust converting line equipment safely and efficiently.
Set up and maintain core production machines and auxiliary systems including: Wrappers, Case packers, Case sealers, Palletizing robots
Wrappers, Case packers, Case sealers, Palletizing robots
Use overhead cranes and lift‑assist devices safely.
Monitor machine performance and help optimize throughput and product quality.
