Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and any other suitable means
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and generate leads
- Build a continuous pipeline of Rental Properties and keep up to date & accurate records of all properties and clients on our CRM
- Qualify clients and arrange viewings for suitable properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property proposals
- Negotiate and close Lettings transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations

- Property consultants with Dubai Real Estate experience
- Confident, professional, and commercially sharp individuals

Role Details
