Skills and Competencies

• 5-7 years of experience working with OneStream, primarily supporting Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Allocation Models.
• Strong knowledge of VB.NET, SQL, or similar object-oriented programming/scripting languages, with the ability to develop and maintain OneStream Business Rules.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, data modeling concepts, and master data management, including dimensions, hierarchies, and cube views.
• Experience supporting application development lifecycle activities, including unit testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and change management
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Fabric Lakehouse architecture, or related cloud-based analytics platforms is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Interest in AI-assisted development technologies and a commitment to responsible AI practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for development, testing, and work tracking.

Education

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and financial close processes.
• Manage metadata maintenance activities, including dimension builds, hierarchy updates, member changes, and associated testing.
• Develop, test, and support OneStream Business Rules, workflows, cube views, and custom solutions.
• Build and maintain integration and scripting solutions using VB.NET and SQL.
