Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Canadian lending products, aligned with business objectives
- Lead end to end product lifecycle management: ideation, launch, iteration, and optimization
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends, competitive products, regulatory changes, and customer needs in Canada
- Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, data, and operations teams to enhance customer experience and streamline product processes
- Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk management
- Track and benchmark competitor products, market offers, and industry best practices to inform product strategy
- Ensure products comply with Canadian regulations and internal risk frameworks
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Native level English proficiency
- 3–5 years of product management experience in financial services, lending, or fintech
- Strong understanding of the Canadian lending market, including competitive landscape, regulations, and customer behavior
- Data driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools and performance measurement
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in customer journey mapping, product process optimization, and market research
