- Plan and coordinate outings, events, and daily activities.
- Create and distribute the monthly newsletter and event calendar.
- Organize special events, including booking entertainment and vendors.
- Support new resident orientation and the Welcome Home program.
- Coordinate and supervise volunteers.
- Provide occasional front desk coverage and event ticket box office support.
- Experience in recreation, hospitality, or event coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, email programs, social media).
- Warm, energetic, and resident-focused personality.
- Secondary School (required).
- Administrative assistant: 1 year (required).
- Receptionist: 1 year (required).
- Experience working with Seniors (Preferred).
- Event Planning (Preferred).
- English Fluency written and oral required.
