- Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk, ensuring that agreements are compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with the company's goals
- Analyze cases and perform in depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations, supporting litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel
- Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring that the company's operations are in line with laws and regulations
- Support the development of AI systems by providing high quality, real world input, and collaborating with cross functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Design and implement system solutions to improve business processes and outcomes, leveraging domain expertise and technical knowledge to drive innovation

- Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and analysis, with a strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high quality documentation and present complex information to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, with a strong focus on delivering results and managing risk
- Strong domain knowledge in the finance or technology industries, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards

As a Legal Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the development of next generation AI systems by applying your expertise in contract review, negotiation, and analysis to optimize business
Key Responsibilities
