Responsibilities
- Support lawyers and legal consultants with daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage correspondence, organize case files, and prepare legal documents and forms
- Maintain diaries and calendars, schedule meetings and court appointments
- Ensure accurate filing and record keeping of client and case information
- Handle telephone calls, greet visitors, and coordinate document deliveries
- Assist with basic legal research or information gathering as needed
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with legal procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
- Solid Clerical Skills including document filing, data entry, and office administration
- Effective Diary Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Competence with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems)
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred

Qualifications
