Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative and coordination support to the Chief Legal Officer
- Manage legal requests, approvals, follow ups, deadlines, trackers, and pending action items
- Support contract approval processes, approval workflows, document routing, signatures, filing, and record maintenance
- Review documents for basic completeness, including entity names, dates, parties, signatures, approval status, supporting documents
- Ensure all legal documents are accurately named, version controlled, stored, and easy to retrieve
- Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial, and other business units
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information, signatures, approvals, clarifications, or documents
- Assist with basic legal documents, letters, forms, resolutions, templates and contract approval forms
- Maintain legal trackers and assist in ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Prior experience as a legal secretary, paralegal or legal administrator would be advantageous
- Must be locally available in the UAE
- Must be able to work from the Dubai office, 5 days per week
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong follow up, tracking, and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, shared drives, approval workflows, and e signature tools

Role Overview
- We are looking for a reliable, organized and detail oriented legal secretary, paralegal or legal assistant to support the Chief Legal Officer and legal department from our Dubai office.
- This is a hands on legal administration and secretarial support role. It is suitable for an experienced legal secretary, paralegal, legal administrator, secretarial assistant, or someone looking to build a career in legal secretarial or administration practices.
- The ideal candidate will support the day to day administration of the legal department and assist in the contract management process.
Key Responsibilities
