Legal Representative

Legal Representative is responsible for providing legal advice and support on JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority) and Mainland rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements.

He/ She will handle and advise on JAFZA-related company matters, applications, registrations, amendments, and legal documentation.

Coordinate with lawyers, legal representatives, and relevant authorities like Dubai Court, Al Adheed on court-related matters within United Arab Emirates.

· Provide legal advice and support on JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority) rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements.

Advise management on changes to applicable regulations and their business implications.

· Draft, review, revise and negotiate various commercial & corporate contracts and agreements.

Review contract amendments, addendum, renewals, termination notices & related legal matters

· Ensure contracts adequately protect the company’s legal and commercial interests and identify contractual risks, liabilities, obligations and potential areas of disputes

· Provide support and guidance regarding Dubai Courts procedures and requirements and handle or coordinates matter involving Al Adheed, including relevant legal services & procedures including all courts within UAE.

· Review business transactions and identify potential legal and regulatory risks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and legal information.
