Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
- Maintain client records and ensure proper filing of documents
- Coordinate with lawyers and staff regarding appointments and client inquiries
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment within the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer service oriented attitude

Job Description
