Responsibilities

- Design and execute custom integration strategies aligning with clients' legal workflows
- Conduct in person and virtual training sessions to demonstrate product value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Travel to client sites (approximately 30% of time) for hands on support and workflow optimization
- Experiment with and test generative AI and machine learning technologies to enhance product capabilities
- Create and refine prompts for accurate extraction of information from complex legal documents
- Develop and train new 'smart fields' and data points for transactional documents
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement AI driven solutions
- Act as voice of the customer, translating client needs into actionable insights for product development
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state, Canadian province, or the UK
- Good standing with relevant bar association
- Minimum 2+ years practicing transactional law
- Demonstrated experience in client facing roles
- Track record of successfully managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Strong presentation and training capabilities
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills

- This role is hybrid, requiring on site presence at least six days per month in one of several offices.
Position Overview
- Seeking a Legal Product Consultant to join the Legal Knowledge Engineering (LKE) team.
- Serve as the critical bridge between sophisticated legal practice and innovative technology solutions.
- Partner with law firms and legal organizations to integrate Litera's AI powered products.

Salary Range
- Base salary range CAD 110,000 to CAD 138,000 for Ontario applicants.
- Additional eligibility for discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
