- Qualified Belgian attorney at law
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts, litigation, procurement, supply chain, technology
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal advice
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in an international corporate environment
- Familiarity with cross border transactions and regulations

Main Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating cross border contracts/transactions with suppliers
- Providing legal opinions and advice on contract law, consumer law ensuring compliance with Belgian law and EU directives
- Collaborating with the procurement and supply chain teams to address legal issues related to supplier relationships and contractual obligations
Required Skills & Competencies
- Qualified Belgian attorney at law with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English; Italian and/or French would be a plus
- Ability to work independently, provide strategic legal advice and manage complex legal matters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an international corporate environment
- Familiarity with cross border transactions, legal issues and regulations, especially in the procurements and supply chain
