Legal Counsel & Corporate Risk and Compliance Officer

The Legal Counsel & Corporate Risk and Compliance Officer provides legal guidance, regulatory oversight, and strategic risk management support for the organization across all campuses and service lines.

This executive-level role is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards while minimizing operational and legal risk.

Serving as a key advisor to executive leadership, the Legal Counsel & Corporate Risk and Compliance Officer oversees corporate compliance initiatives, risk management programs, contract review, policy development, and regulatory matters impacting the organization.

This position also promotes a culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance throughout the organization.
