As we expand, we are seeking an experienced **Legal Contract Manager** to oversee contract management and ensure legal compliance across our business activities.
Role Overview
We are looking for a **Legal Contract Manager** to manage the drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
This role requires expertise in contract law, risk management, and compliance with Qatari regulations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Bohman Machine LLC’s contracts are legally sound, protect company interests, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari laws and international business standards.
- Advise management on contract risks and legal implications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align contracts with operational needs.
- Maintain a contract management system and track key obligations.
- Monitor changes in legislation and update contract templates accordingly.
- Support dispute resolution and contract-related litigation when necessary.
- Prepare reports and provide legal insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Licensed to practice law in Qatar or another recognized jurisdiction.
- 7–10 years of experience in contract management or corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari legal frameworks and international contract standards.
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts successfully.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial business environment.
