Responsibilities
- Evaluate legal consultations and prepare relevant recommendations
- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements
- Provide accurate legal consultations to clients regarding commercial transactions and partnerships
- Analyze and review complex legal documents, prepare summaries, and recommend amendments
- Support and conduct legal due diligence
- Prepare legal memoranda, regulations, and pleadings related to commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Manage legal workflows, prepare work plans, and monitor task progress using document management systems
- Conduct legal research and studies related to Saudi regulations and judicial precedents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law; a master's degree (LL.M) is preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in reputable law firms or legal departments of companies
- Advanced skills in legal drafting in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in English language speaking and writing
- Advanced knowledge of Saudi regulations and Islamic legal principles
- Practical knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and commercial contracts
- Familiarity with modern legal technologies and document management systems
- Familiarity with government digital platforms such as Najiz, Muin, Tarazi, etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including effective communication, presentation, evaluation, and teamwork
- Ability to provide precise and effective legal consultations and analyze complex legal transactions
