Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Specialist to work on a contractor basis.
- You will apply your expertise in corporate law, litigation, and regulatory compliance to help train advanced AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing legal and financial risks.
- Analyze legal cases and conduct in depth research to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for decision making.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing and reviewing legal documentation and assisting internal and external counsel.
- Assess regulatory compliance and conduct due diligence for corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
