Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, or regulatory compliance with a focus on real world case analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in legal research, risk assessment, and dispute resolution within a corporate or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards in legal practice and data handling
- Ability to interpret complex legal principles and translate them into structured prompts and evaluation criteria for AI systems
- Experience with due diligence processes, particularly in contexts involving mergers, acquisitions, or high risk transactions
- Familiarity with legal documentation preparation and litigation support workflows

Role Overview
