Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Paralegal to work on a Contractor basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise in land control instruments to help train and refine next generation AI systems by providing high quality real world input.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate land control instruments, including deeds, ground leases, rights of way, and easement agreements, for term validity, exclusivity clauses, and conveyance accuracy.
- Identify deficiencies, gaps, or execution issues across site control documentation packages and flag non compliant or incomplete filings based on project and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and structure findings into clear, standardized formats suitable for senior legal review to support due diligence workflows.
- Process and annotate land and real estate documents to enable efficient data extraction for AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with senior legal and technical teams to ensure documentation accuracy aligns with evolving project and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience reviewing and interpreting land control instruments such as deeds, easements, and rights of way agreements with attention to legal terminology and conveyance terms.
