Role Overview
- Legal Consultant (Remote) Contractor basis. Apply expertise in land control instruments to train and refine next generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate land control instruments, including deeds, ground leases, rights of way, and easement agreements, for term validity, exclusivity clauses, and conveyance accuracy.
- Identify deficiencies, gaps, or execution issues across site control documentation packages and flag non compliant or incomplete filings.
- Organize and structure findings into clear, standardized formats suitable for senior legal review.
- Process and annotate land and real estate documents to enable efficient data extraction for AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with senior legal and technical teams to ensure documentation accuracy aligns with evolving project and compliance standards.

Payout
