Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents
- Support litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Analyze legal issues and prepare legal opinions and memoranda
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in contract negotiations
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate legal records
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Law and ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and case law
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, such as contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and correspondence
- Ability to identify, assess, and manage Legal Issues across diverse practice areas
- Skill in providing clear, practical Legal Advice to clients and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution; advanced legal qualifications are an advantage
- Bar admission or equivalent professional license in a relevant jurisdiction, preferably within the UAE or a comparable system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong analytical, research, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team based environment and manage multiple matters under time constraints
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, particularly within the UAE, is highly beneficial
