Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to group companies on a wide range of legal matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and assess contracts, agreements, transactions, and commercial arrangements
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
- Conduct periodic legal and compliance assessments across the business
- Maintain and organize legal documentation, records, and files
- Support management in litigation, dispute resolution, and legal proceedings when required
- Oversee intellectual property matters, including trademarks and patents
- Monitor legal risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate exposure
- Coordinate and manage employee insurance enrollments, renewals, and related records
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance related queries
- Assist with administrative and corporate governance matters as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
- Experience reviewing and drafting legal contracts and agreements
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal risk management
- Familiarity with litigation processes and dispute resolution
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
