Job Description

  • We are looking for an organized, professional, and detail oriented Legal Assistant who is fluent in Tagalog to support our legal team.
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and experience managing legal documents, client communication, appointments, deadlines, and case related follow ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers.
  • Prepare, format, organize, and file legal documents.
  • Maintain client records, case files, and internal databases.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, hearings, and legal deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with clients by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and basic legal correspondence.
  • Follow up with clients, authorities, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist with document collection, legal research, and case preparation.
  • Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and case information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Tagalog.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, legal secretary, or administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email correspondence, and document management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a UAE law firm or legal department is an advantage.
