Legal Assistant Manager/Manager

Role Description

Responsibilities

• Provide legal analysis and advice on decision-making, contracts, compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee regulatory and compliance matters and support audits.
• Assist the General Counsel with governance duties, meeting minutes, government liaison, bilingual resolutions, and legal records.
• Prepare and review agreements and provide legal guidance to business units.
• Advise on new products and projects under SAMA and MoC guidelines.
• Analyze regulatory developments and communicate compliance impacts.
• Review marketing materials and advertisements for regulatory and Sharia’a Board compliance.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, General Counsel, and Human Resources on governance matters.
• Maintain policy, procedure, manual, approval hierarchy, and departmental process records.

Qualifications

• An LL.B is required, or Political Sciences with an LL.M.
• Four to eight years of experience is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
• Good basic knowledge of the Companies Law is required; familiarity with SAMA regulations is advantageous.
• Fluency in written and verbal Arabic and English is required.
• The candidate should be disciplined, resilient, committed, responsible, and willing to work long hours when necessary.

Salary Range

• The stated salary range is 20,000–30,000, but no payment cadence or currency is specified.
