Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, letters, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation
- Assist in handling labor, immigration, and corporate legal matters
- Coordinate with government departments, external lawyers, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor legal deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports when required
- Assist in contract management and document control processes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and company information
- Support management in resolving legal and compliance related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and administrative procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and corporate compliance is an advantage
