Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and legal documents.
- Prepare letters, notices, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Maintain and update legal files, records, and databases.
- Assist with legal research and prepare basic summaries when required.
- Follow up on legal cases, documents, deadlines, and renewals.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, government authorities, and other parties.
- Assist with MOHRE, courts, notary, and other government-related legal matters.
- Support employment, commercial, property, and other company-related legal matters.
- Ensure legal documents are properly filed and kept confidential.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments for required legal documents.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for the Legal Manager.
- Perform other legal and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to prepare, review, maintain, and properly file legal documents and records.
- Ability to conduct basic legal research and prepare concise summaries.
- Ability to handle confidential legal information and coordinate required documents with internal and external parties.
