- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Organize and maintain legal files, records, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support company licensing, permit renewals, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare legal correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Provide general administrative support, including document control, filing, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow up on legal and administrative matters.
- Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Officer, or similar role.
- Knowledge of UAE legal documentation and administrative procedures is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Job Summary
- Four Square Steel Constructions Contracting LLC, part of the Blue Square Group of Companies, is looking for a proactive and detail oriented Legal Assistant cum Admin to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have an LLB qualification, a strong understanding of legal documentation, and the ability to provide efficient administrative support while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
