Role Objective
Provide legal and regulatory support to the Legal Support Unit.
Coordinate legal and corporate activities within a company operating in management, investment, planning, events, exhibitions, conferences, and media production.
Scope of the Role
- Organize and follow up on legal documents and files related to company activities.
- Coordinate support between the Legal Support Unit and relevant units, including GRC and Administrative Support.
- Contribute to developing and following up on policies and procedures with the Quality and Development Department.
- Perform administrative documentation and follow-up tasks related to legal matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Less than one year of work experience.
- Not registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance during the past six months.
- Has not previously participated in the Tamheer Program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
