Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Expert to work on a contract (part time) basis.
- You'll apply your expertise to help train next generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform.
- Your domain knowledge in commercial contracts, employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions will be critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and business objectives.
- Provide expert input on matters relating to employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Evaluate and advise on SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
- Interpret complex regulatory requirements and shape guidelines for compliance within evolving legal landscapes.
- Assess and provide recommendations on data privacy and regulatory compliance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance.
