Key Responsibilities

• Legal advisory: Providing timely and high-quality legal support to other departments, reviewing complex legal queries, and offering clear, actionable legal recommendations.
• Compliance & risk management: Ensuring compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations. Tracking changes in relevant legislation.
• Documentation & policy development: Drafting, reviewing, and developing internal policies, procedures, and other legal documents to support business operations and maintain compliance.
• External counsel management: Cooperating with external legal counsels across the region.
• Global collaboration: Carrying out other tasks to support colleagues within the global legal team as required, fostering a collaborative, worldwide legal function.
