About the Role
Altivon FZCO is hiring a bilingual (English & Chinese) Legal Counsel in Dubai to handle corporate legal work, contract drafting, regulatory applications, and cross-border matters. The role requires a law degree, legal qualification, 2-6 years experience in corporate/compliance, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities
- Lead corporate legal work (incorporation, restructuring, governance)
- Draft & review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Support regulated license applications (fintech, gaming, financial services)
- Work closely with clients, regulators, banks & external law firms
- Handle KYC, AML & due diligence processes
- Manage cross border legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Translate and draft documents in English & Chinese
Requirements
- Legally qualified and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) is mandatory
- 2 6 years experience in law firm, in house, or corporate services
- Strong in corporate, compliance, or regulatory matters
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Detail oriented, commercially aware, and proactive

Overview
- WE’RE HIRING: Legal Counsel / Legal Executive (Bilingual – English & Chinese)
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Applications without Chinese (Mandarin) fluency will NOT be considered.
- We’re looking for someone who can operate in a fast paced, international environment and handle multi jurisdiction legal work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead corporate legal work (incorporation, restructuring, governance)

Who We’re Looking For
- Legally qualified and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction (e.g. admitted lawyer, solicitor, attorney at law, PRC Legal Professional Qualification, or equivalent)
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) is mandatory or Licensed lawyer (any jurisdiction)
- 2–6 years experience (law firm / in house / corporate services)
- Strong in corporate, compliance, or regulatory matters
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Detail oriented, commercially aware, and proactive
