Role Overview
Join a legal practice as an experienced bilingual Legal Advisor supporting corporate, commercial, real estate, regulatory, and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, real estate, and regulatory matters.
- Handle litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and motions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Liaise with courts, government authorities, and external counsel as required.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- At least two years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory role, with substantial litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, corporate, and procedural laws.
