Role Overview
Provide expert legal advice and support to clients and internal teams in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role supports legal compliance, client representation, regulatory monitoring, and staff training.
Responsibilities
- Offer legal guidance and support to clients on various matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Stay informed about legislative and regulatory changes affecting the company or its clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
- Provide training to staff on legal matters as needed.
Requirements
- Relevant experience providing legal advice and support to clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations and their application to clients or business operations.
- Ability to conduct legal research and analysis and provide accurate, timely advice.
- Ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments on legal compliance.
