This role focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancement, and ongoing support of legacy desktop and service-based applications used across industrial, loading, shipping, and operational processes.
You will work directly with business users, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to diagnose issues across interconnected environments, including applications, databases, Windows systems, hardware devices, and third-party integrations.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving complex production issues, working across both software and infrastructure components, and supporting applications that are essential to day-to-day business operations.
