We are seeking an experienced Lebanese Head Chef from Lebanon with a strong background in authentic Lebanese cuisine and proven leadership experience in managing professional kitchens.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef who is passionate about traditional Lebanese food and committed to delivering exceptional quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation and presentation standards
- Develop and maintain authentic Lebanese menus
- Manage kitchen staff, training, and scheduling
- Control food costs, inventory, and waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Introduce new dishes and seasonal menu enhancements
- Maintain consistency in quality across all menu items
Requirements
- Lebanese nationality (must be from Lebanon)
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Lebanese restaurant
- Strong expertise in Lebanese cuisine, including grills, mezze, and traditional specialties
- Experience managing kitchen teams and operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
