Essential Functions
Act as a liaison between the employee, third party administrators (TPAs), Human Resources (HR), other internal departments, and outside agencies.
Maintain accurate records of requests and outcomes, including timely reporting.
Negotiate and resolve sensitive and controversial issues in consultation with Legal and HR.
Maintain and exchange information with internal and external departments or agencies to explain policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and guidelines concerning workers' compensation.
Track and manage requests, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
Coordinate return-to-work processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Partner with managers and employees to implement reasonable accommodation.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare required reports.
Serve as primary point of contact for leave, accommodation, and workers’ compensation inquiries.
Provide clear communication and guidance to employees and managers throughout processes.
Ensure organizational compliance with federal and state-specific regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education & Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in leave administration, accommodations, and/or workers’ compensation.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS and leave management systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused approach
Work Environment
While performing the essential duties of this position, the individual regularly works indoors in an office environment and may be required to sit for extended periods. The individual will regularly be required to talk, hear, see, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The noise level in the primary work environment is generally quiet. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of this position.

The anticipated salary range for this position is, $55,000.00 - $76,500.00 and includes benefits such as the following:
