Job Purpose
Perform upholstery repair, refurbishment, and maintenance services for vehicle interiors, including seats, door panels and other trim components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountabilities
Inspect vehicle upholstery to identify damage or defects.
Repair or replace damaged upholstery materials, including leather, fabric, and vinyl.
Color-match leathers for seamless repairs.
Use appropriate tools, adhesives, and sewing machines to complete repairs.
Collaborate with service advisors and customers to understand specific repair requests.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the upholstery bay.
Follow company safety policies and procedures during all repair activities.
Maintain inventory of upholstery materials and tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School
- Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant job scope.
