Asas Althbat is seeking a results-driven Leasing Specialist.
The role manages leasing activities from lead handling and unit viewings through negotiation, contract signing, and handover coordination.
The position supports occupancy improvement, faster leasing cycles, and a professional tenant experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive and qualify leasing leads from calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and portals while maintaining a clean pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct unit viewings and present features, terms, and policies.
- Negotiate lease terms within approved limits and close deals efficiently.
- Prepare lease offers, contracts, and related documentation accurately and completely.
- Coordinate with operations and property management on unit readiness and smooth handover.
- Follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates and reduce vacancy days.
- Support renewals and retention activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Track market prices, competitor offerings, and tenant feedback.
- Provide weekly leasing reports covering leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy, and revenue.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in leasing, real estate brokerage, or property management is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
- Good knowledge of leasing contracts and documentation workflows is required.
- Comfort using CRM or ERP tools and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, is required.
- Strong follow-up discipline and a customer service mindset are required.
- Arabic fluency is required, while English is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
