Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and qualify their property requirements.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Match clients with suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants.
- Prepare leasing documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions using the company CRM.
- Stay informed about market trends, rental prices, and available inventory.
- Achieve monthly leasing and business development targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
- Self motivated, organized, and target oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid Qatari driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
