Role Overview
Ayat Group is seeking a Leasing & Operations Manager to manage leasing performance and day-to-day operational activities across its property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mall day-to-day operations and coordinate operational functions.
- Manage leasing enquiries, negotiations, lease agreements, renewals, tenant handovers and occupancy.
- Maintain an appropriate tenant mix by identifying suitable retail brands and potential tenants.
- Monitor occupancy, vacant units, lease expiries, rental performance and tenant retention.
- Develop and improve mall operational policies, procedures and best practices.
- Supervise operational staff and service providers while ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors and service providers to resolve operational matters.
- Oversee maintenance, facilities management, security, cleaning and service contracts for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs, openings, handovers and operational readiness.
- Improve tenant satisfaction and retention and coordinate mall promotions and events.
- Maintain standards for safety, security, cleanliness, presentation and customer experience.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, KPIs and performance metrics for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of UAE real estate or property management experience with strong leasing and operations exposure.
