Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of leasing for residential and commercial properties, including marketing, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.
- Lead and mentor the leasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
- Oversee budget management, ensure timely rent collection, and manage expenses related to leasing operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations related to leasing and landlord/tenant rights.
- Generate regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends.
- Organize and host open house events to showcase available properties.
- Develop and implement tenant retention strategies to reduce turnover.

- Proven experience in leasing or property management, preferably in both residential and commercial sectors
- RERA Certification
