Responsibilities
- Oversee the full leasing cycle, including marketing available units, handling leasing team, conducting property viewings, responding to inquiries, and negotiating lease terms
- Prepare and review lease documentation, coordinate move ins and move outs, and ensure accurate lease administration and records
- Monitor market conditions, rental rates, and competitor offerings to optimize pricing and occupancy
- Support resident retention initiatives, collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve tenant issues
- Prepare regular leasing and occupancy reports for management
Requirements
- Proficiency in managing leases, including negotiating lease terms, preparing agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Experience in lease administration and property management
- Ability to conduct market research to analyze rental trends, competitor offerings, and demand
- Skills in resident retention, including building positive tenant relationships and addressing concerns
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency with property management or CRM software and standard office applications
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Leasing Manager Residential & Commercial role based in Dubai.
- Oversee the full leasing cycle, including marketing available units, handling leasing team, conducting property viewings, responding to inquiries, and negotiating lease terms.
