The full-time, on-site Property Portfolio Manager role is based in Dubai.
The role oversees residential and commercial properties connected to Saden’s Rent Now, Pay Later product.
The position is responsible for lease administration, occupancy optimization, portfolio performance, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and oversee residential and commercial properties.
- Administer leases accurately and support occupancy optimization.
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships and monitor lease terms and renewals.
- Coordinate payment flows with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate property and contract records.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support expansion into new properties and markets.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer support teams.
Qualifications
- Strong property and residential real estate operations experience.
- Experience managing property portfolios and working with portfolio management teams.
- Practical lease administration expertise covering drafting, review, renewal, and compliance tracking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
- Comfort using property management software, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- Fintech or proptech experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and local rental practices is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Portfolio requirement
- Applicants should already manage a strong property portfolio or have the potential to onboard at least 20 properties each month.
