Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Manager based in Doha, Qatar.
The Leasing Manager will oversee leasing operations, ensure effective lease administration, conduct market research to optimize leasing strategies, and develop tenant relationships while promoting resident retention.
The role involves coordinating with property management teams to ensure a seamless leasing process and maintaining the highest standards of service in alignment with Al Hazm’s luxury brand.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Leases and Lease Administration
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends and create strategic leasing opportunities
- Expertise in Property Management with a focus on luxury or high-end retail spaces
- Demonstrated ability to drive Resident Retention through excellent relationship management and customer service
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to an upscale, client-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in luxury retail or property leasing is an advantage
