Responsibilities
- Market and lease serviced offices and dedicated desks across Addax Tower and Tamouh Tower
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead to signed lease
- Respond to inbound enquiries and conduct office viewings
- Develop relationships with ADGM company formation agents, PRO service firms, and corporate service providers to drive referrals
- Negotiate lease terms within approved pricing parameters
- Coordinate handovers, tenant onboarding, and renewals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly pipeline reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial leasing or serviced office sales experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
- Proven track record of closing office leases
- Strong understanding of ADGM (or DIFC) ecosystem, licensing requirements, and tenant profile
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Professional presentation and ability to engage with senior corporate clients

Overview
- We are hiring a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy across our portfolio of premium serviced offices and desks in ADGM, Al Reem Island — over 12,000 sq ft across Addax Tower and Tamouh Tower.
- This is not a generic real estate role. You will be marketing and leasing ADGM registered office space to startups, SMEs, financial services firms, and international companies establishing their UAE presence.
The Role
- Market and lease serviced offices and dedicated desks across Addax Tower and Tamouh Tower
- Build and manage the sales pipeline — from lead to signed lease
- Respond to inbound enquiries and conduct office viewings
- Develop relationships with ADGM company formation agents, PRO service firms, and corporate service providers to drive referrals
- Negotiate lease terms within approved pricing parameters
- Coordinate handovers, tenant onboarding, and renewals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly pipeline reporting
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial leasing or serviced office sales experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
- Proven track record of closing office leases — not just arranging viewings
- Strong understanding of ADGM (or DIFC) ecosystem, licensing requirements, and tenant profile
- Existing network with company formation agents and corporate service providers is a significant advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic a plus)
- Self starter with a commercial mindset — you treat this like your own business
- Professional presentation and ability to engage with senior corporate clients
Compensation
- Base salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (based on experience)
- Commission on every signed lease (attractive structure to be discussed, directly tied to closed deals)
- Uncapped earning potential for high performers
- Standard UAE benefits package (visa, medical insurance, annual leave)
Location & Type
- Full time, based in office at Addax Tower, Al Reem Island.
- On site presence required — you'll be showing offices daily.
